1. Acute or recurrent vaginal candidiasis

2. Mucosal candidiasis including oropharyngeal, esophageal, non-invasive bronchial lung infection, candiduria, mucocutaneous, and chronic atrophic oral candidiasis (intra-oral pain due to denture) in patients with normal immune function and patients with impaired immune function

3. Systemic candidiasis including candidemia, disseminated candidiasis, and other invasive candidiasis (peritoneum, endocardium, lung, urinary system, etc.)

4. Cryptococcal meningitis in patients with normal immune function and patients with impaired immune function (AIDS, organ transplant patients, or other patients receiving immunosuppressive therapy) and cryptococcosis in other parts of the body, such as lungs and skin, etc.
